UPDATE: Giblet has been found safe!
🚨LOST DOG🚨
Update: Based off of recent sightings between 4 - 5 PM today (3/5/25) we know Giblet has crossed 143 a couple of times since getting loose. Please keep sharing and be vigilant if you take that road tonight. Call 781-435-7911 with any sightings.☎️ We have a live trap set with a trail cam and are hopeful that he will hunker down on MEHS property. We've been offered drone assistance by a good samaritan if trapping overnight is unsuccessful. Fingers crossed the wind dies down before then. Thank you, Joe!!🤞

We need your help!
A MEHS pup got away from a volunteer at our Edwardsville location this afternoon. This incident happened around 3 PM.
There was a reported sighting of him heading towards the neighborhood behind our facility. Staff and animal control have been out searching, but unfortunately, he has not yet been found or caught.
Giblet has a red collar on but is dragging a blue leash. Giblet is a neutered and microchipped male.
We are asking the public to share this post and report any sightings to our emergency hotline, 781-435-7911.

To say my upper/mid back is tight would be an understatement! My chiropractor has always had trouble adjusting me there.

I am really great with mind muscle connections, really focusing and relaxing that muscle. I have never been able to do this with that area of my back.

Working I get cramps in my back and traps, it is beyond uncomfortable. When I do ab work that I am lying on the ground for, I have to roll over instead of sitting straight up.

SO FINALLY I am being more consistent with going to see my chiropractor we did some dry needling along with some muscle massaging with that massive drill type thing. I am so excited to finally start fixing this issue I’ve always had.

Debbie is NOT ARFAID of anything lol she will consistently go up in weight challenging herself. All of this work done with her without much of me involved in her diet. Along with minimal cardio. Funny thing is, Debbie wasn’t really worried about losing weight. She wanted to gain muscle, look more toned if you will. She has done so much in 4 weeks and I am so excited to see what she can do in another 4! Also I can’t wait to see her a year from

Going to the gym can be intimidating, especially if you’re newer to working out and not knowing exactly what to do.
