Text message reminders are now going to be 24 hours before your appointment time. Many had requested this change and it makes it easier for me to fill the spot with someone else in need of an appointment if there are cancellations.
So you will get a confirmation text every time an appointment is scheduled, and then a reminder text 24 hours before. If you cant make the appointment please email me at [email protected] or call the office at 618-855-9130 as soon as possible
There is a $35 no call no show fee, but as long as you have sent an email or left a voicemail on the office phone there will not be a fee. I will get back to you as soon as possible to reschedule. Danielle will be here select mornings to take your calls as well
Soon the new online booking site will be up and running and you can schedule/reschedule from the healthcom app is well.

We’re are excited to make our first donation to the Wolf Pack Den of Hope. Thank you to everyone who donated! The wolf pack is doing monthly community outreach and donation bins will be here for months to come.
Good news, ChiroUp EHR now has an option to “ignore quit hours” for appointment reminders! So those 8 am appointments will now get reminders, and every appointment will now get a reminder 2 hours before. 👍

I just wanted to let everyone know, we are starting a new Electronic Health record software today! So if you have an appointment over the next few weeks, you will get some additional reminders and surveys via text message 2 hours before your appointments. We appreciate your understanding while we make this transition!

How to Pick Stuff Up | Mark Rippetoe Mark Rippetoe, author of Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, shows you how to avoid a back injury by explaining the proper and safest way to pick up non-barbell shaped objects at home and at work.
