The Colonie Girls Lacrosse family is incredibly proud to announce that Natalie Mastropietro has verbally committed to UMass to continue her academic and lacrosse career! 🥍

Natalie’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to the game have earned her this incredible opportunity, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds for her.

The best part? We still have TWO more years of Natalie in garnet and gold! 🔥

Just a quick update that this will be our last week of summer workouts. Last workout is THURSDAY 8/13!

We’ve decided to wrap up a week early so everyone can have some well-deserved time off before fall sports begin. Thank you all for your hard work, energy, and commitment this summer! Enjoy the extra week off, get some rest, and we’ll see you ready to go for our Fall Under the Lights sessions! 💪🥍

Calling all 7th–12th grade girls interested in playing lacrosse this fall! Join us for Fall Under the Lights a fun opportunity to build skills, compete, and get ready for the spring season under the lights at Colonie High School Turf.

📅 Dates: September 16, 23 & 30
October 7, 21 & 28 (Halloween Themed)
🕢 Time: 7:30–9:00 PM
📍 Location: Colonie High School Turf
🥍 Who: Girls in Grades 7–12

Whether you're a returning player or picking up a stick for the first time, all skill levels are welcome! Come train, improve your game, and have fun with teammates throughout the fall season. Make sure to sign up for this FREE opportunity!

What a season for Colonie Girls Youth Lacrosse! 🥍

From our youngest players to our 6th graders, this season was filled with growth, learning, hard work, and plenty of fun. Our K-6 athletes continued to develop their skills, build confidence, show grit, and most importantly, learn what it means to be part of a team.

We are so proud of the effort, determination, and positive attitudes displayed throughout the season. The future of Colonie Girls Lacrosse is bright because of these amazing athletes and the families and coaches who support them every step of the way.

A special congratulations to our 6th grade players as they wrap up their youth lacrosse careers. Thank you for being great role models for our younger athletes. We can’t wait to watch you continue your journey and make an impact at the Modified, JV, and Varsity levels in the years ahead.
