This Monday, we’re focusing on squat tempo with the following structure:
🔹 **Tempo**:
- Down for 2 seconds
- 3-second pause at the bottom
- Explode up in 1 second
🔹 **Sets**: 5
🔹 **Reps**: 2 to 5 (based on your training age)
🔹 Training age
- 1 to 4 years of lifting: 5 reps at 65% of your one-rep max
- Over 10 years of lifting: 2 reps at 85% of your one-rep max
