Congratulations to IWF member, Lynne, for completing the Cowboy 200! The Cowboy 200 is a point-to-point 200-Mile foot race across northern Nebraska along an old “rail trail”, the Cowboy Trail. Running past old railroad depots, across over 200 bridges and through damp, misty conditions, Lynne completed the race! Give her a big Congratulations next time you see her in the gym!
