Assisting with rehab and gaining strength back after surgery or injury is a very rewarding process. I work with clients whose physical therapists' advise them to add in Pilates. It's wonderful to see what our bodies can do and the agency we have to build back from physical challenges.

Sometimes we have to start before we feel ready. If you're anxious about getting started with Pilates, I totally understand. I remember my first class and how nervous I was to learn the new movements. A lot of times I hear people say, 'I need to be in better shape before I can start those classes.' I hear you!
