All You Need Is 15 Minutes For Optimized Health Benefits

If you're not going to muscle failure when lifting with bands your costing yourself

Your costing yourself lost gains
Your costing yourself weight loss potential
Your costing yourself time

Variable resistance (resistance bands) gets heavier you further you stretch the band

This greatly increases your muscles completely activating and fatiguing by going slow. Your lifting tempo should be two second pull/push - pause - two second back to the start

Not Regularly Exercising Is Harmful To Your Life

But where do you start if you haven't regularly worked out?

First it's an educational thing and understanding that if you're not on a normal exercise routine (3-4 days a week) the following happens

If you're not exercising you're risking
1. Being diagnosed with high blood pressure
2. Being diagnosed with many cancers
3. Being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
4. Increasing depression & anxiety

30 minutes of walking daily or any form of body weight exercises can help prevent the above from happening

You work to hard every day and taking on stress from work, family, and friends to hurt your long-term health by not exercising

So if you haven't already, take a hard look at your busy schedule and find some time to make for yourself to get back on track or start.

Can You Really Improve Your Health In Just 15 Minutes?

Absolutely. This is because since resistance bands change in resistance as you lift, they activate your muscles efficiently.

Now that your muscles are being activated fully it will take less time to break them down so they can build back up as you properly rest and recover

Short and high intense workouts also tell your body to use your body fat (fuel) to counter the heavy resistance which means you lose weight faster and get stronger

Exercising doesn't have to be a daunting task that takes hours. With a little help we can help guide a fitness approach to fit your lifestyle

Almost Skipped My Workout Until This Happened

My accountability called me out for almost giving into my comfort zone

We may have a lot of energy in the beginning of going into habits we've set before or even new ones

That energy is called Willpower, but willpower alone is what fails us more often than not

Finding an accountability partner or creating a group of people doing the same habit is the best way to keep you on track

So if you care about sticking to and becoming better in any area, get an accountability partner to increase your chances of excelling

Is by exercising regularly. Exercising as we know helps build our strength and flexibility.

A lack of exercise actually increases your joint and arthritis pain

That's because keeping your muscles and surrounding tissue strong is crucial to maintaining support for your bones.

Not exercising weakens those supporting muscles, creating more stress on your joints.

After Being Hospitalized For 30 Days I Couldn't Even Do A Pushup

When you have something you love taken away from you, it can really put you in a rut

Become a solution seeker rather than a victim

Things will happen to you in your life. Use it as an excuse to create new paths and find a way to adapt and overcome

Resistance bands helped me with that both physically and mentally. It now brings Joy in my life being able to guide others in working around their life situations so they can be active to get out of their victim mindset

I Couldn't Squat Without Back Pain Until I Started This

Never did I think I would have to take breaks from weight training, but with torn knees, hips, and fractured wrists... my body just can't take that kind of impact anymore

That's when I put all of my eggs in the low impact training basket and out if it, invented the FitMilia Body By Band Board

I finally feel like I've got my edge back and am helping others who have had to change things up get their edge back as well
