Gold Rush Lacrosse is partnering with D1 Training to offer 3rd-8th graders an elite training opportunity💪🏻Players will get personalized coaching for 45 min of lacrosse fundamentals and 45 min of athletic development each session to build their strength and agility while developing stick skills and defensive techniques.
