Book your next stretch

Transitioning into fall & winter adventures and recalibrating school year schedules deserves a moment to check in and reassess. Book your next appointment online https://cos-103752.square.site/ or send a text directly (720-772-1104).

Additionally, I'm currently expanding my hours and accepting new clients. If you know someone who could use a flexibility boost, please pass along my information and you will both receive a stretch at the intro rate ($59) after they book!

Many of you know I'm also a tango dancer and teacher. I'll be performing in Colorado Springs for the first time on Thursday, Oct 1 at Finca Los Maza's Colorado Springs debut. It's a w**e tasting at Coati to debut their Argentinean line. For more information check out Finca Los Maza at Coati Uprising (https://www.coatiuprise.com/event-details/a-night-in-argentina-finca-los-maza-takes-over-the-rooftop-for-its-colorado-springs-debut) , and let me know if I should watch for you there!

Looking forward to reconnecting!

Now that the dust has settled, I'm happy to announce StretchTech has moved!

StretchTech has a new home. As of 9/1/25 I've been operating out of a private suite in 1880 Dublin Blvd (just off Academy). The ground floor suite has its own hallway entrance in a building with other wellness professionals. I'm excited and relieved to have arrived in a space with reduced noise and foot traffic. The last two months have shown that this decision supports client goals and growth, privacy, and ease of access. If you've been along through the transition, thank you so much for your patience. And if you haven't, I hope to see you soon to introduce you to the new space.

Be well & remember to breathe,

Jamie-Lynn Figure, StretchTech

Reminder: Out of Studio 4/12-4/25

Hello friends!

As many of you know, I'll be out of the studio from April 12 - April 25, studying with one of my teachers in Argentina. If you book online, please keep in mind that the days just before and after are filling very quickly.

Because international travel makes communication interesting, if you need to contact me or cancel/reschedule, e-mail is the way to go during this time!
[email protected]

I hope you're having a wonderful Spring and I can't wait to catch up and help you stay on track for YOUR summer adventures!

Small Business Gratitude

From StretchTech

Thank you for sharing your joy, hard work, adventures, and accomplishments this year! The holidays are chaotic for everyone and self-care takes a back seat. To help make taking care of yourself easier, I would like to extend an offer to share my gratitude with those closest to you.

Until November 26 (Small Business Saturday), book and pre-pay for three sessions for yourself (to be used before December 30, 2022) and recieve a complimentary intro session for a friend or family member who hasn't been in yet (valid through July 1, 2023).

Book all three sessions using the link below or call/text 720-772-1104 to get set up.

The holidays can stretch your patience, but we can stretch everything else!
