That’s a wrap! An action-packed weekend of blind soccer comes to a close in Seattle, with Kazakhstan lifting the trophy after a thrilling final match against Peru.
Team USA, Peru, and Kazakhstan were each awarded medals following the championship match, presented by Peter Tomozawa, Chief Executive Officer of the Local Organizing Committee, and former Seattle Sounders player Kelyn Rowe.
A truly unforgettable weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the athletes throughout the tournament!

Double-header complete for USA at the Blind Soccer International Tournament.
The squad opened the day against Peru, before earning a hard-earned draw against Kazakhstan.

The festivities also feature Saturday’s Community Clinic: Try Blind Soccer, open to the local community from 3:00-4:30pm PT, along with Thursday night’s “Redefining the Game: Blind and Deaf Soccer on the World Stage” panel discussion at .
