Jackson has trained with us during our month long training programs for the past year. This year, he was given recognition for the most improved player on Palmer lacrosse. It takes consistency and dedication to improve and I can;t wait to see what this young man achieves. And yes, he is again training this summer with us! Great work Jackson!
Niko made 1st Team All Conference. Good work Niko! He was at every training session and he always followed through with his training. With this heart and work ethic, it is no surprise what he will accomplish! It is always an honor being part of our Member’s journey to improve. It was also great to hear of another group member and his vast improvement.

As of May 12, 2022, Donovan Shea ranked 7th for caused turn overs for his sophomore year. Also had 98 ground balls ranking him 75th. Donovan held these stats with hard work and heart. Being 5’9” and about 150 pounds as a sophomore, he held his own! Very proud! Donovan will be helping with our summer athletic training. Watch for information! We believe in developing the body and mind!

Our athletes playing their sports. Proud of their fearless mindset! Niko is finishing his senior year and Nina is starting her high school career. Nina as a freshmen had the courage to play goalie even though she never has in the past! What heart! Photo credit for Niko’s picture is Nina.
Found this video of Niko. Years have passed and he has trained consistently! He will be playing in college! With his heart and dedication, we know he will make an impact!
