Day 24 of the , hosted by Lena Johnson and me.

We recorded this after class today and had fun dancing to it, despite not really listening to it much before. It's nice to have a dance partner who can laugh with me about our flubs and weird things our bodies do at times.

I'm playing a bit of catch up today. Yesterday was busy with our dress rehearsal for the show we performed in tonight. Once I got home from that, I just wanted to sit on the couch with my babies. So I didn't film this until today.

This is another of my favorite songs. There's just something about 60s music that resonates with me. And while it was released it 1970, it was recorded in 1968.

Day 20 of the , hosted by Lena Johnson and me.

This one was one of the tougher ones. I danced the whole song without recording (I didn't realize I wasn't recording) and I feel like the first one was better than the second. But such is life.

I'm still struggling with my mind going blank when I'm dancing. I know a lot more, which shows in my choreographies, but my recall is still lackluster when I'm dancing. My goal is to get better at this.

This song comes from one of my absolute favorite movies (bonus points if you know what it is). Every year, I watch the movie around Halloween time. I usually try to watch it with my sister, even when there is a significant distance between us. I still need to schedule that with her.

Day 18 of the , hosted by Lena Johnson and me. This has always been one of my favorite songs. I mean, you can't really go wrong with Cher. I know there are some lyrics in here that are troublesome now, but it is a product of the time. As we know more, we do better, and to my knowledge, she doesn't use the g word anymore (let me know if I'm wrong).

Day 17 of the , hosted by Lena Johnson and me. Still catching up. Yesterday we went to a belly dance show up in Denver, so I wasn't able to get these posted. It was a great show. I think my favorite was from Molly McClellan Movement. Very inspiring.
