Our first Yin-yoga class was last night and we are feeling GOOD this morning! Book your weekly deep tissue Yin class every Monday at 6:15 PM.

We're cyced to add Yin-Yoga to our schedule!
Yin-yoga is different than a traditional flow which usually incorporates cardio to spike your heart rate. Our certified yogi, Anna, will target deep tissues, ligaments, joints, and bones while focusing on breath awareness and mindfulness.
Our first Yin-Yoga free community class on the 12th is sold out, however, catch Anna on the schedule every Monday at 6:15 PM!
🟢All memberships (excluding C*c Studio Unlimited) are bookable for yoga classes.
🟢For unlimited members, please purchase a drop-in or email Kaylee to upgrade your membership.
🟢Don't forget your yoga mat and water bottle!

The two main formats we focus on at C*c Strength are POWER & STRENGTH-
💥Power classes include shorter sets and explosive movements designed to spike your heart rate.
💪Strength classes are built on longer sets designed to build muscle.
Check the schedule everyday for something DIFFERENT!
….& sometimes we like to sprinkle in a little Bootcamp🙃. You’ll have to to get the ~full experience~ on that one😅

MALLORY! We are so cyced for her to lead us through strength classes! Mal became a front desk staff member two years ago and has always been interested in coaching/instructing. Her love for fitness and community inspired her to complete the Personal Training Certification, and is now our newest C*cCoach!
Lift with Mal Mondays at 11 AM and Tues/Thurs at 12 PM.
