Everything you do in training is also to make it fun and enjoyable. If you training martial arts you not happy then you will give up . Dedication , commitment, discipline, are so important .To at least in the journey of being a champion , once you lack those characters you will struggle . Remember discipline beats emotion every time, most men waits until they feel motivated that is why they stay inconsistent. Train weather you feel inspired or not , understood that progress is built through repetition not mood . The man who acts only when he feels good will always lose to the man who acts regardless . Kyokushin Arts.
