Meal prepping takes a little fitness and ways to make your life so much easier. My fridge doesn’t always look like this but I have always been able to meal prep. My meal prepping containers just ended up breaking and I didn’t buy anymore. 😅

That is until now. This is a goal of mine to keep these little containers filled every week with at least 2 meals. I don’t do it for the attention i do it because it makes my life so much easier. My meals are done and so are my wife’s. Now I can focus on cooking my kids something and just grabbing my meal@out of the fridge.

I pick meals that have a lot of veggies and fruits so that I will continue adding in complex carbs and feel great about what I’m eating.

I didn’t start out like this because this is a learned habit. But making sure that you put yourself first in creating one meal that you miss the most of for a prepped meal… and hat can sure help you see a big change in your overall energy and stress levels. 😉

If you are missing things in your overall diet. Maybe it’s time to reevaluate what you are eating, or not eating just to be or stay skinny.

Stop always being tired, missing out on foods because you “think they are bad” for you. And build up your relationship with food once again.

I am looking for 4 women who want to build better habits, love their bodies once again, build strength & confidence all while becoming the best version of who you already are.

There is no best way to say this but to say…

Stop giving them up. 😉

Carbs are your main energy source and face it. We love them… right?

Sooo… instead of trying to restrict yourself from them ask yourself how you can keep them apart of your daily eating habits?

If you are seeing yourself snacking… I mean snacking a lot. Like every time you see some chocolate, chips or anything you find yourself eating them…

That could mean you’re not eating an enough carbs.

Start by adding fruits and veggies into every meal.
Not the gross veggies or fruits you don’t like. 😉

I mean the ones you don’t mind eating… and add those into your meals you are eating now. Don’t worry about the sugars… your fruits and veggies have many different micronutrients such as fiber, vitamins & minerals that your body has to digest so you won’t be “crashing” anytime soon.

Try it out and allow yourself to have carbs instead of stay away from them and see how your body will thank you…

Like…
Sleeping better
Not getting so angry so fast
Staying energized
Staying focused
Overall being happy. 😉

Write those down as pros and measure them against your cons.

Instead of restricting yourself from food or only eating once a day… notice how you feel when you do that. (E.g : no energy, sleeping varies, you’re on edge or get annoyed or angry quickly.)

When you eat and stop restricting yourself from certain foods or meals… recognize how you feel… (e.g : you’re energy is up, your sleep is finally more consistent, you’re not easily annoyed, you’re focused…)

Plus you will start to build a relationship with food rather than fear it.

Of course it’s not an easy task but it is one that you can work on.😉

Repeat 🔁 until your meal is done. I know that this is hard to get used to but if you start to switch your mindset into how you are feeling when you eat rather than “I need to not eat because I’m fat” or “I should skip this to lose weight.” You will finally start to work on your relationship with food rather than fear food. 😉

🎇Client spot light! 🎇

Today we celebrate this amazing single momma who runs a successful esthetician business and works another part time job to support her family. This year her goals wasn’t to lose weight but to finally be more consistent in working outs, build a better relationship with her body, food and channel her stress in a totally different way.

She is only able to workout 2 days a week and she has increased her lifts by 50-100lbs since starting out. She also hasn’t let anything stop her, she sprained her ankle and still knew that getting a workout in helped her to feel more at peace and focused.

She has learned more about how her body feels with food consumed and found how to create other options for her egg allergy. With us teaming up together we were able to create meals, and a workout plan that helped her to build a healthy relationship with food and balance her stress levels and becoming her best self through fitness and nutrition.

It’s not about the weight lost it’s about how you build yourself up and keep showing up for yourself because you are worth the fight.
