Summer yoga starts back June 25th, 1:00-2:00 on Tuesdays.

🌺Tuesday lunchtime slow flow yoga has changed to 1:00-2:00.
🌸Alysha will be out of town after Tuesday, May 28 class, so it will be on hold until July after next week’s class. Hope to see you in class on Tuesday!

Tuesday lunchtime 12:15 yoga with Alysha is a great middle of the day health habit! Come spend your lunch break with us!

🌺Who is joining us this week for yoga? Small class sizes and individual attention. Classes this week are: faith yoga Monday 5:00 pm and Wed 4:15 pm and regular slow flow Tuesday at lunchtime, 12:15.

New Schedule for Faith Yoga, now you can enjoy it twice a week! We are also adding a slow flow lunch-time class on Tuesdays, at 12:15 starting Feb. 06. All levels welcome!

Yogi’s🌺we are going to change our class schedule around. Monday and Wednesday will both be faith yoga classes, and there will be a regular non-faith based slow flow class on Tuesdays during the day at 12:15 added soon. Keep an eye on the schedule for these changes.

What a ralaxing Yoga class with Tina last night, in the midst of all of the hustle and bustle. The Christmas tree 🌲 lit the dimness of the room, reminding us to breathe and meditate on the meaning of Christmas.
