Our L2 Teacher Training Program runs through June and July and will be approx. 15 hours of lecture and skill breakdown over the span of 9 weeks. Topics include wrap fundamentals, abdominals engagement, overhead shoulder mechanics, hip mobility etc. Practical classes run 2:30-3:50 every Wednesday. 4 of the weeks, students will begin at 2pm for an extended class to accomodate the lecture portions of the class. Cost is $450 for the 9 weeks program.

You do NOT have to be a current Dragonfly student to attend.

Dynamic hoop rolls and drops, brainy and engaging silks sequences, straps conditioning and foundational technique, plus fun and collaborative partner work.
