Your biggest weakness is probably just a strength in the wrong room.
The kid who couldn't sit still becomes the entrepreneur who outworks everyone. The "too sensitive" one becomes the leader who actually notices when the team is struggling. The stubborn one becomes the founder who survives when everyone else quits.
Nothing changed about them. The context did.
Most self-improvement advice is about sanding down your edges. Getting rid of the "too much." Becoming smoother, easier, more acceptable.
That's backwards.
Your edges are the point. They just need the right environment.
→ Intense? Find work that rewards intensity.
→ Obsessive? Find a problem worth obsessing over.
→ Stubborn? Find a bet worth refusing to quit on.
Stop trying to fix the things that make you difficult. Start finding where difficult is exactly what's needed.
The goal isn't to become less. It's to find where your "too much" is the job description.

“Years of training”
It’s about one year of education specific courses within a 4-year degree.
“State certification”
Only if teaching in public schools. Some of the best teachers I know (including ones who actually do have years of training at the postgraduate level) don’t have that certification because they don’t need it.
