Racking up the miles non stop this month! Tuesdays have become the ultimate cardio day with a jog, walk, and bike!
3 months in to our kettlebell work outs and were grinding away. I bumped up the weight to 30 lbs and bekah is perfecting lvl 2!

Haven't posted in a minute but definitely been keeping it up. Been having a hard time doing more jogging on top of riding my bike to work and walking lilly and my own dog Sasha.

Legs were feeling it today after the run, lifting yesterday and biking to work so decided to take a nice stroll instead of a jog

Another month has past in 2022... and I killed it! 25 days of push-ups 21 days of yoga and kettlebells 2-3 days a week! Around 2 lbs of muscle gain and I'm ready to move up weight on my workouts!
This is just the beginning! LETS GO!
March goals run 2x a week and 31 days of push-ups! No more excuses!
