This wasnβt just a weight loss challenge to him... he wanted to be able to make weight to stay in the Army (which he did 2 days ago π) but also he wanted to be able to play with his newly born daughter as she grows up without the challenges of being overweight!

DAY 4 @ 0 Carbs

This is when you really have to push yourself mentally and physically because of the lack of both energy and focus that 0 carbs gives you.
Not to mention the visual aspect of how flat your muscles begin to look so your motivation levels drop if you aren't careful.

Proper Nutrition is at a minimum 80% of seeing real change in your body.
If you are committed to going to the gym everyday but don't see change. I can almost guarantee you, you need to fix your eating, you're basically pouring sugar into your gas tank with a bad diet.
Why not do it right the first time and see real results?
