Too many people blame age for weight gain, low energy, lack of strength, and declining health. But age isn’t usually the problem. The problem is that somewhere along the way, you stopped prioritizing yourself.

DIET IS KING! 👑

Too many people think the answer is a new supplement, a new workout program, or more cardio.

But if your diet isn’t where it needs to be, none of that matters.

You cannot expect your body to perform, recover, or grow if you’re not fueling it properly.

❌ Starving yourself isn’t the answer.
❌ Binge eating isn’t the answer.
