Enter a carved pumpkin for just $5 and you could win a Boo Basket! Create your most creative pumpkin. Scary designs are fine—just make sure it is family friendly. If you can bring your carved pumpkin to the bout, awesome! If you can’t, just take a photo of it and email it to [email protected]
by end of day on Friday October 16th. If you can’t come to the bout, let us know in the email and we will print the photo and bring it to the bout.
Then head to Zeffy to pay your $5 entry fee. See directions for payment at the bottom.

On October 17th, bring your pumpkin or a photo of your pumpkin to the bout for voting.
You can vote for your favorite for $1 at the bout or online. All pumpkins will be posted on our socials on October 17th along with a Zeffy link for voting and payment if you can’t make it to the bout. Once votes are totaled, we will get in touch with the winner to get them their Boo Basket prize!
All proceeds will go towards keeping our travel teams rolling and competing!

For Zeffy pumpkin entry payments go to
https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/organizations/pikes-peak-roller-derby
Scroll down to “custom donation” and enter $5. On the next page, select “other” under what your donation is for and write your name and pumpkin contest entry in the blank space under “Other:”

“Unidos, somos más.” “Together, we are more” - Meleny Gomez, Public Servant
Pikes Peak Roller Derby would like to highlight and celebrate Hispanic/Latine roller derby skaters, officials, and volunteers this Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15) as well as the borderless team Fuego Latino Roller Derby.
Fuego’s mission is to create a safe, borderless, space within the Roller Derby community that connects latinx/ e skaters in the United States and across the world for the purpose of community engagement, and competitive gameplay.
If you are a Hispanic/Latine member of the roller derby community, what does visibility and representation mean to you?
