Classes involve training in both stand up techniques, and specific emphasis on ground grappling, and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You can expect to be a little tired after your first workout, but it's your first step to getting into the best shape of your life.

Congratulations to all of the athletes who competed today at the PKB Kickboxing/Boxing Tournament!

Jeffrey Castellon put on an incredible performance, winning both of his matches and making sure neither one saw the third round. His pressure, defense, footwork, and composure were on full display.

Shanti🌈 added another victory to her record. It’s easy to see why so many girls hesitate to fight her in MMA—she’s an absolute badass.

Aaron Duncan didn’t come away with the win, but he stepped into the ring with confidence, fought his heart out, and left everything he had out there. That’s all we can ask for, and we’re proud of his effort.

Win or lose, every time our athletes step out there they represent Victory MMA with courage, discipline, and heart. Proud of this team!
