Tue: Kickboxing 815PM
Wed: Wrestling 7pm
Thr: Sparring 7pm
Sat:

Classes involve training in both stand up techniques, and specific emphasis on ground grappling, and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You can expect to be a little tired after your first workout, but it's your first step to getting into the best shape of your life.

Last minute of a tough 3 x 3—where it’s all heart.

This was fun to watch, classic speed vs. power. , , and myself were throughly entertained with sharp hands and slick footwork, while .logan stayed composed, grounded, and firing back with heavy counters. Both dug deep and pushed the pace to get everything out of that round. Great work, fellas 👊
