We had all the rain today so the babes got to play! Catch us tomorrow AT THE TRACK! But not for running! (Location change) at 9:30 ☀️ 💪🏽 ❤️

Memorial Day plans- The Murph with SLAM-ily.
This year wasn’t about time or run speed. This year we did it together and focused on the discipline, preparation, humility, and the hero’s we honor. 🇺🇸 💪🏽 ❤️ Catch us and some ☀️ sunshine tomorrow at 9:30, Capt Lyons Park next to the fitness center.
