We love showing up for big moments in our members' lives! Sam had a birthday yesterday, and the 7 a.m. class rallied to celebrate. 🥳 Holistic fitness is about so much more than being strong; it's about being wholly seen and valued by a community.

Let's get to know Trish better! You'll most likely find her at a 6:00 or 7:00 a.m. class. She always works hard and gives her best effort. Here's a little more about Trish in her own words:

"I have been coming to Forge Fitness since winter of 2023. I have always been very active and I started with CrossFit in Miami with a small CrossFit gym and I found that Forge Fitness had exactly what I wanted. Supportive people, great coaches and friendly atmosphere.

My favorite movements have to be burpees, box jumps, and running.

My NEMESIS movement 100% has to be wall balls and the bike!

I am a retired Air Force Logistics Officer and now I spent my free time volunteering with the National Dog Mill Rescue. Anything to do with dogs, I am IN.

I absolutely love everything about Colorado Springs. The fact that there are so many outdoor options right outside my door, the people. Coming from Miami, it is so nice to be in a city that almost has a small town feeling and I can get anywhere in about 30 minutes max. 😝

I absolutely love the people I have met at Forge Fitness, especially the support and encouragement everyone provides--- and shout out to the coaches!!! Superb attention to detail which ensures our safety all the time."
