Dragonfly Paddle Yoga We’re the premier source for flatwater paddleboarding classes, rentals and adventures in the Pikes Peak Region on Quail Lake in Colorado Springs.

Come join us on the water and "let the good vibes flow." Dragonflies are creatures connected to water, having flown the earth for millions of years. Through its metamorphosis, the dragonfly is a symbol of transformation and adaptability in life. As the energy within that sees all of our true potential, dragonflies remind us that anything is possible. Take your yoga practice outdoors to the lake with Dragonfly Paddle Yoga. Enjoy the movement of water beneath the board, the warmth of the sun's rays above, the caress of the breeze on your skin, and the singing of beautiful birds. Practicing yoga on water adds an extra element of challenge for balance yet is a deeply rewarding experience. At the end of each class, lay in tranquility during savasana while relaxing to the sensation of floating. We also offer SUP rentals, SUP Excursions, Evening Glow SUP and Yoga, SUP Skills workshops and more!

🎃 The 10th Annual Witches Paddle was a spell-binding success! 🧙‍♀️

Ten years of cackling, conjuring, and cruising the water in our pointiest hats, and this might have been our most bewitching year yet. A coven of paddlers hit the water in full witchy glory: broomsticks (er, paddles) in hand, capes billowing, and cauldron-loads of laughter. 🧹✨

We floated, we giggled, we cast our intentions into the water, and we closed out the season the best way I know how: surrounded by magical women, good energy, and a little mischief. No one melted. Everyone stayed on their boards (mostly). 😉

Thank you to every witch who showed up, brewed up some fun, and made this tradition so special. Ten years in, and the magic only grows. 🌙
