We had a FANTASTIC meet today! Reagan finished her season with a win and broke 100 pts. And Haley competed very well for a 3rd place victory! Congrats ladies!!!

JV meet cancelled tonight due to weather. Tomorrow's meet is still on as of now. Stay safe out there and enjoy the snow!

Today's workout on your own: get a deck of cards
Hearts: squat
Diamonds: v ups
Spades: push ups
Clubs: burpies
Cards are face value. Face cards = 10, aces = 30 sec. rest, jokers = 30 sec. high knees in place.
