Hey everyone! I’m thrilled to announce that Heart and Soul Nursing is officially open! 🎉💖

I started this journey with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between the old and new paradigm of healthcare by providing meaningful solutions for both clients and nurses.❤️

When I transitioned away from traditional nursing in 2019, home care became my path to more fulfilling work focused on root cause healing. It gave me the freedom to practice holistic care in the home without the constraints of strict policies and insurance checklists.🗓️

I began receiving incredible feedback from my clients, and it became clear that 1:1 care at home truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

✨That’s why I created Heart and Soul Nursing.✨

Aging at home with personalized nursing care should be the norm. It significantly enhances quality of life and offers a unique patient experience that’s often missing in traditional healthcare.

Working as a private duty nurse provides the freedom and autonomy that many traditional jobs lack, allowing for the self-exploration that many nurses crave.🙌🏼

I wholeheartedly believe that this is the future of healthcare—nurses using their unique gifts to serve our community in the comfort of their own homes.🥰

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success (to me) isn’t how much money I make, what I’m known for, or how far I rise to the top.🤷🏼‍♀️

Success to me is feeling inner peace. ☯️

It’s integrating the wounded parts pf myself, allowing them to fuel my gifts.🌚

It’s being of service from a full heart.🤍

It’s feeling genuine, unconditional happiness, because it’s a blessing to be alive!🙏🏻

It’s doing what I love for the soul purpose of doing what I love.🌿

It’s an internal feeling that is not conditioned by external reality.

“Success” is a term I’m constantly redefining and integrating and not oh boy is it challenging.

In a world that’s so materialistic and sleepy, it can be hard to choose authenticity. Especially when you look around and so many people are choosing the other option and validating each other for you.🤦🏼‍♀️

I stay knowing that by choosing my definition of “success”, the alternative will be a by product.

It’s natural law.🌎✨

By choosing authenticity…

I will be (and am) abundant AF.🔥
I will be known for choosing the road less traveled. 👣
I will rise to the top.🌹

When you know, you know, and there’s nothing that can stop you from the destined path that is your birth right.🤍

May all humans know that when they embrace their unique blueprint, the universe provides 10x fold.💕

I’m heading to Peru for 3 months..

It was never my intention to go to the Amazon Jungle & work with plant medicine but my intuition spoke loudly & I listened.🌱

I’ve learned that the most important thing in life is s u r r e n d e r to the divine.🪐

We come into this life with a mission, a vision to heal and a devotion to raise consciousness. But through societies programming and our own traumas, we forget our mission.

We get caught up in the illusion (money, success, ego) & we create suffering for ourselves.

Through surrender, we can live our mission and move past the delusion. And through living our mission, we experience estatic bliss because the universe provides when you follow your heart.👁

Life has a plan for us & that path is constantly unfolding. Unfortunately, we’re so caught up in / attached to the illusion, that we don’t notice the signs.

I learned this very clearly in 2020 when I worked with ayahuasca many times. She showed me what’s beyond the veil of illusion. She showed me what life’s really all about.💙

So all that to say, I surrender.

I believe & I trust.

Nothing has proven itself to be more beautiful that walking the path that life has for me.💫

This trip to the sacred motherland is way out of my comfort zone. But it’s worth it. The amount of healing I will experience is far more rewarding than any fear.

I hope to empower you to follow your heart & do the work. Life doesn’t change until YOU change.

Surrender: to give up our attachment to specific beliefs and desired outcomes; let go of our preconceived ideas about how things should be and rest in the wisdom of a greater Divine knowledge.

This is the key to life.

Ever since I read the book “the surrender experiment”, that’s exactly what my life has been.

An experiment of saying yes.

I let go of preference and purely rely on my intuition. I let the impulses and nudges guide me to the next step in my journey.

Of course it’s uncomfortable and a constant trigger of fear of the unknown.

But I’ve been rewarded 10 fold every time and that just builds my faith of blind trust. The universe has my back, always.

And the universe has YOUR back when you listen to your intuition and TRUST.

There’s a plan much greater for us than we have for ourselves but the only way to experience is it through surrender.

Basically, I’ve been living through pure intuition! Dissolving the boundaries of the analytical mind & strengthening the voice of the heart.

3.5 months off of social media👽

It was never my intention to dip out for so long but it just felt too good.

I eliminated the biggest distraction from my life and through that I opened up a channel for pure wisdom and self growth.

The lessons I learned & universal insight I have gained is monumental. & that’s why I’m poppin back on here…
