The World Ninja Athlete Games is the largest worldwide competition week on the planet, from March 9-17, 2024, where all gyms across the globe , with the same course on the same week compete to become the World Champion!

Jaleesa Himka (Junior Helper)(AKA Ninjaleesa) competed on Season 15 of American American NInja Warrior and hit her first buzzer and advanced to National Finals in Vegas in a win against Jesse Graf and also competed in Season 1 of American Ninja Warrior Junior Jaleesa is ranked top ten strongest teen athletes in the world, and set a world record in the 100M obstacle race in Belgium for World Championships. Glenn Albright is a former 400M track and field hurdler at the University of Northern Colorado and has competed on American Ninja Warrior for 5 seasons (10.11,12,15, 16). He has competed at a world championships level in the 100M in Philippines and was selected as a competitor for the Elite Pro 100M TEAM USA in Belgium this year. His most accomplished moment was hitting a buzzer on American Ninja Warrior Season 15! He is an amazing coach and brings his passion for coaching to all ages! Here is a the sample general layout of course for ages 8-11 ( adult course is similar but longer distances)
Quintuple Steps
4” PVC Roller walk on it 6ft
Horizontal rope Traverse 20 feet
Rings- 9 rings for 32 feet
Peg Board- 6ft ( 7 year olds just monkey bar)
Rope Climb-12ft— Its 8 feet for kids 7U and 15 feet for adults
100ft Run
Quintuple Steps -
10ft Balance Beam- elevated 24”- 3ft jump to dismount
Grips – 4ft gap for 20ft (6 grips)
Laches –40ft at 4ft gaps ( 7 year olds Skip this one)
Rope Climb-12ft

Quintuple Steps
4”PVC Roller x 6ft
Cliff Hanger x 16ft to ring bell 1ft beyond and 1ft above last rail on cliffhanger board
Horizontal rope traverse to Rings- 4ft gaps only = 32 ft ( 9 rings)
Rope Climb- 12ft
100ft Run---hit buzzer
