Great promotional video for the Olympics. Features among others, Rika Usami, a kata champion and Rafael Aghayev, a world kumite champion. Olympic kata seems to be about speed and precision, but also seems to lack core- and hip-generated power. It is terrific to watch...we are getting excited!
