Joe Dispenza fans… I think you just found your spot in Colorado Springs 👀✨

We’re lucky to have Rocky Mountain Energy Infusion EESystem right here inside The Next Us, so yes… apparently our building is getting all the good energy 😂

If you’ve never heard of an EESystem, it uses specially configured computers, light, and what the company describes as bio-scalar energy technology to create an environment designed for rest, meditation, relaxation, and overall wellness. Basically, you sit back, unplug, meditate, journal, nap… whatever your reset looks like. ✨

And this month they have some fun things happening 👇

✨ Bring a friend: 2 hours for $50 each

Event Spotlight 💜 Su***de Prevention Month

This September, The Next Us is proud to host two community wellness events with Think positive club in recognition of Su***de Prevention Month.

These gatherings are designed to create gentle, supportive spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and remember that they do not have to carry everything alone.

September 25 | 6–7 PM
It’s OK to Not Be OK — Community Restorative Yoga
A calming class centered on rest, breathing, and nervous-system regulation.

September 26 | 6–7 PM
A Space for Hope — Community Sound Bath
An immersive hour of sound, stillness, and connection designed to create space for hope.

Both events will take place at The Next Us in Colorado Springs.

During Su***de Prevention Month, we’re especially grateful to help create space for conversations, community, and moments of care. 💜🩵

You are not alone. There is space for you here.
