Pikes Peak Catamounts Hockey is a non-profit amateur youth hockey organization in Colorado Springs, Co.

With nearly three decades of experience in both inline and ice hockey, Jesse brings an incredible combination of knowledge, passion, energy, and leadership to our youngest Catamounts.

A proud Colorado Springs native, Jesse grew up playing from squirts through high school before continuing his career at UNC Greeley and UCCS. At UCCS, he helped co-found the university’s first inline hockey team, leading the program to a National Championship in just its third year! 🏆

He’s passionate about helping young players grow not only as athletes, but as teammates and friends—while developing a lifelong love for hockey.

We’re incredibly excited to have Coach Jesse helping lead the next generation of Catamounts! 🐾

Season evaluations for 12U & 14U start TOMORROW! We have limited evaluation spots remaining. 3 spots at 10U, 7 spots at 12U, and 4 spots at 14U. If you would still like to tryout make sure you sign up before tomorrow. 🏒🥅

From growing up playing hockey right here in Colorado Springs to becoming a leader on the ice, Coach Cullen brings a lifetime of experience, passion, and dedication to our program.

A former captain who competed at the AAA level and continued his playing career with the Wisconsin Cyclones, Cullen now gives back to the hockey community by dedicating his time coaching young athletes at both the youth and high school levels.

His focus on player development, leadership, and making a positive impact makes him an incredible addition to our organization.

We’re excited to have Coach Cullen not only as 10U coordinator, but back on the bench this season!

We had a great first day out on the ice for Mile High Mites! The kiddos had an absolute blast, and it was so much fun watching them learn, laugh, and get comfortable on the ice. ⭐️

Please join us in welcoming back Justin Ross for his sixth season with the Pikes Peak Catamounts!

From his experience as an ACHA hockey player at USC to coaching at multiple competitive levels, Coach Ross brings a wealth of hockey knowledge to the bench. Beyond the rink, his experience as a decorated Army physician—with specialized training in mountain, hyperbaric, and flight medicine—brings a unique perspective on preparation, resilience, and performance.

Coach Ross is committed to developing young athletes both on and off the ice, building character and athletic excellence.

𝘾𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: 𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙮 𝘽𝙚𝙧𝙜 🏒

20 years of Division I college hockey coaching experience. A 2003 Air Force Academy graduate. A former four-year letterman. And now bringing that experience to the Pikes Peak Catamounts.

Coach Andy Berg brings a wealth of knowledge in player development, recruiting, hockey IQ, and skill development to our 12U program. His experience developing players at the collegiate and elite levels makes him a tremendous addition to the Catamounts coaching team.

We’re excited to have Coach Berg leading the way and helping our players take the next step in their hockey journey. 💪🏒

We’re excited to welcome back Coach Kozlak for another season with the Pikes Peak Catamounts not only as a coach for multiple age levels, but also the hockey director of the organization! 🐾

Coach Kozlak returns to the bench bringing experience, passion, and a continued commitment to helping our players develop both on and off the ice.
