To every athlete who showed up and threw down at the April 2026 TRU Challenge at CrossFit Controlled Chaos… thank you 💪🔥 The energy, effort, and support you brought to the floor made this event what it was.
We had nearly 100 athletes representing 20 different gyms 🏋️♂️🏋️♀️ and you could feel it all day long. Competitive, yes. But more than that, it was respectful, encouraging, and full of people pushing each other to be better 🤝
Whether you were chasing the podium 🏆 or just stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, you showed up in a big way, and we don’t take that lightly 🙌
We’re already looking ahead 👀 We plan to host the TRU Challenge again this October 🍂 and we’d love to see you back out on the floor with us.

Big weekend for the Chaos Crew 💪🔥
Lawrence, Brittany, Jason, Peyton, Liz, and Kristen are out in Littleton repping Controlled Chaos at the Westbound Throwdown—and doing it with smiles on their faces through two full days of competition.
That’s what it’s all about. Showing up, pushing limits, and enjoying every minute of it alongside your people.
