One breadcrumb and my entire wardrobe enters its villain era. 💀

How long do glutened symptoms last for you?? 😅 For me, it depends on exposure amount / type — but I usually feel it for at least a week or two. 🫠

More people need to realize that our gluten free food 👇

💰 Can cost up to 140% MORE
🔎 Can take multiple shopping trips (or expensive shipping) to find
🛒 Is often saved for special occasions when everyone else gets to enjoy the gluten-filled options

So if you eat OUR gluten free food without asking… you’re asking for a brawl 🤷‍♀️🤣
