August has been such a busy month for us starting with the RMEF , then the Energy Open and the Art Donisthorpe Memorial and last but not least, we wrapped up the month with the Rosebud Mine Scholarship!! We ended up with 14 teams today!! The weather was nice with little breeze up until the end!! We had a wide array of flag prize winners and the tournament paid out the 5 top teams. We did have a tie for 4th & 5th but even splitting the combined winnings 6 ways, they still took home a nice chunck of change!!! Jenni and Pattee and their crew worked hard to make this a good tournament and I think they did a great job! BIG THANK YOU to all the golfers that showed up to support all these tournaments!! We couldn't do them without you!!!! There's so much generosity in our little town🥰🥰 thanks to the shop crew for getting everything ready for today, you guys rock!! !!! Thanks Lane for stepping in and helping!!! Always appreciated😊thank you Taylor for taking time to help figure things out!! I feel like it was a good month!! 🙌🙌

Sorry for getting this up so late for Game Night!!! Busy around here today!!! Which is awesome!!! We had 9 teams come out for 3 club + a putter!! We cut it pretty close getting in right at dark!! Thank you all for coming out and congratulations to the teams that won and placed!!! Starting sometime in September we will do some glowball!!! Dates TBA!!!

What a beautiful day for Senior League!!! We had 27 golfers come out!! Some new faces showed up also!! The guys decided to pay out for best gross and net scores! That will make a few people happy!!😄Paul Kunst came away with the best gross score with a 37 and Bob Cope blew everyone away with his net of 29!! Glen Simenson was the only one to come away with a pin prize and a team placing!! Congratulations to everyone that got a pin prize and placed on a team!! Everyday is a good day when you're golfing! ...or so some say😉😉😄😄See you all next week!!!

Happy Sunday!!! Just wanted to give a big shout out to Stephanie Crook!! Her last day was yesterday, she has to go back to her real job this week!! Good for her bad for us😄 I can't say enough about what a huge help she's been this year, with tournaments and all around!! She will be missed for the rest of the season!!! We will see you next year Stephanie!! Hope you have a great school year!🥰

Here are the results for the 4th Annual Art Donisthorpe Memorial Tournament!! There were lots of great prizes and drawings! Ernie Robinson won rounds at Old Works, Jim Dahl won Mitchell golf simulator hours, Bob Kessler won rounds in Miles City , and Jim Swain won rounds in Fairmont! Lane Bradley won the long putt contest and received an animal processing donated by Chad Huber!! Our 1st Place team had a great story that clinched the win for them. Bill Parker took the second shot on hole 3, popped it up in the air and it hit the sprinkler right off the green and bounced up high, came down, hit the flag pole and went right in the hole for an eagle on hole 3!!! His story, of course, had way more flavor!!! If you see him ask him about it!!!! Congratulations to all 4 teams that placed and all the pin prize and drawing winners!! Hope you guys all had a great day! I know Kristen and her family were very grateful for everyone that showed up and supported Art's favorite charities!! Thanks to the shop crew for all their help!! Thanks to Fred for helping out with the flag prizes!!! The course is still in great shape! Thanks to all that helped out!!! Very appreciated!!! Congratulations to Jarrod Jensen and Zach Bailey on taking 1st in the Backwards Golf game night!! Scott Williams, Doug Wilson and W***y Bradley, Ed Waters tied for 2nd and 3rd!! We ended up with 6.5 teams, and a lot of.....where in h*** are we going😄😄 it sounded like it may have been a little tougher than we thought it would be but lots of fun!!! Getting darker earlier so if we do a game night next week we should try and start at 545pm if that works? I think 3 club with a putter??? Let me know how you feel about that!! Again Congratulations and thanks to all those that showed up!!!
