Get ready! Pole powerhouse Colleen Jolly is coming to Rise Above! ✨

We’re so excited to host two special workshops designed to help build confidence, control, and connection on the pole.

🌀 Spin Me Right Round (Beginner)
Static pole feeling good, but spin pole still feels intimidating? This workshop will help you understand how to control your speed and use physics to your advantage. No inversions required!

🌊 Feel Me Flow (Intermediate)
Know a bunch of pole moves but not sure how to put them together? Learn static techniques to flow around the pole, climb with intention, and connect your floorwork to the pole. Must be inverting or willing to try.
