Thank you, CHAARG, for allowing me to host yet another fun night of fitness. I’ve had the pleasure of leading MOST of their events over the years and I look forward to it every time. While today’s class was very challenging and I KNOW I’ll feel it tomorrow (I’m already feeling it!!), I had a wonderful time and I’m grateful for the opportunity to workout with these ladies at their Crunch events. I haven’t done any group pics lately, and I felt like we needed one. Fat Burning Pilates is consistently one of my fullest classes and has definitely become a favorite to many. This week, we had a pretty full class and a REALLY good time.

CHAARG is always a favorite! I didn’t get any pictures, personally so I stole theirs. :P

I got to put this whole thing together! I’d love to make it bigger and better in the future, but we had a great turnout with our vendors and it was really cool inviting community members in and collaborating with local businesses. And it was my first time pulling anything like this off so I feel pretty good. 🧡💙

Btw, I’m hosting auditions tomorrow at DanceArts of Columbia looking for models - any fitness models following me?? Also singers, actors, and dancers! Zumba peeps???
