Nice local training opportunity at the new state of the art wrestling training facility at American University.
The Fall Kickoff Clinic is designed to give wrestlers quality instruction from our coaching staff and current student-athletes, while providing a fun, challenging, and educational atmosphere. Participants will learn the techniques, training habits, and mindset that have helped our program compete with the nation's best.
Probably a good idea to find a partner of similar age/size to attend this with.

Only two more weeks remain of drop-ins (for non summer members)

Reminder, below is the practice schedule for the remainder of the Summer. We will allow drop-ins for $10 for non-members for the remainder of the summer (two more weeks). Must have a valid USA Card.

Girls Freestyle:

Fridays - 6:30pm

High School Folkstyle (or JL larger than 115 lbs.) :

Mondays - 4:30pm
Tuesdays - 6:30pm
Thursdays - 4:30pm

Junior League Folkstyle (8th grade and under) :

Mondays - 6:30pm
Wednesday - 6:30pm

College Drop-ins (and High School State Placewinners):

Fridays at 4:30pm

Hey Everyone, at this time we do not plan on organizing any teams for dual meet tournaments in the preseason (Sept-Oct), but our friend in FL who runs Team Barracuda Wrestling Club is looking to fill some weights for his K-6 teams for the Columbus Day duals. He is looking for a 92 and 110 for his stronger team and 48, 56, 96, 100, 110, 130, 160 for his other team. Just DM Headhunters and we'll connect you.
