It’s Junior Gold Week!!!!

Coach Damon will be at Junior Gold qualifying sessions during the week! So be sure to fill out your squad number for him to connect with you!

It’s been a summer so far! From vacations to work, graduations to concerts with friends and family our team has been on the go this summer recharging for the year ahead! Coming up soon we will have summer check in with everyone!!!

Bowling Season Recap - Columbia College Athletics Columbia, MO - The 2025-26 season will mark one of the best in program history for the Columbia College bowling team. The Cougars wracked up multiple awards and set many new program records as Head Coach Damon Helgevold completed his fifth season at the helm.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted. Let’s take one last look on what was a record shattering season in CC Bowling!

With the academic year to a close now we continue to raise the bar when it comes to our studies! The spring semester is always hard with lots of traveling and late nights however we crushed the semester in the classroom.

3.65 team Semester GPA!! 4 members with 4.0 semester GPAs! Hard work on the lanes and in the classroom becoming better people everyday!

Graduation has come and gone! Congratulations to our 2 graduates of the bowling program. Senior Sammie Malley and Graduate Assistant Thomas Esterhuyse(here’s a photo from Celebration of Excellence since I missed getting one with him).

Thank you both for your amazing work over the years! This program is forever grateful for you!

Always start and end the year with a team dinner! Never a dull moment with this group and so thankful to them for choosing CC! They have made this year a memorable one both on and off the lanes and couldn’t be happier to have had this group! Everyone played a part in making this special all year!
