Even though I can thoroughly enjoy creating and posting aesthetically pleasing pictures and videos of impressive .
I'm getting a little bit saturated with this platform, and would enjoy seeing some more people struggle with their practice.

The truth is, my practice is often, always been, and will always be, many moments of struggle, discomfort and disequilibrium.

How refreshing is it to see other people sharing their fails and starting attempts at new postures, opposed to the perfect finished form.

Nope I didn't manage to finish the #trinialcoholawarenesschallenge Spring break activities have gotten the better of me this week. After a month of primary series I'm slowly dipping my toe back into #intermediate, ending my practice with some kapotasana prep. I always wonder what series is better for creating shoulder stability. There seems to be a great benefit for the shoulder, to actively work on the upper spine opening without reaching overhead with the arms. But slow and easy vinyasa is what has shown to be most beneficial for my healing process of my rotator cuff stability.
