These are results from my client who did an InBody scan in November and then again this week.
Muscle mass is UP!
Body fat is DOWN!
body weight is UP.
He strength trains twice a week following a very specific program.
If he only used the scale to measure his progress then he may feel discouraged but seeing more data was “energizing!”
I love this so much!
