We're hiring a Part-Time Accountant!

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for all financial/accounting aspects for all departments. This includes, but is not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, Personnel Files, Employee Benefits, Sales Tax Reports, Monthly Financial Statements, and other financial reports as needed. This position may also include some administrative tasks such as mail distribution, ordering office supplies, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail-oriented
Excellent computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE TRAINING:
Associate or bachelor’s Degree in accounting or 5 years work related experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Verify and prepare daily cash deposits for all departments
2. Post daily revenue to the General Ledger
3. Maintain and reconcile facility checking accounts
4. Reconcile balance sheet accounts
5. Verify and enter all Accounts Payable invoices
6. Verify and enter Accounts Receivable billing
7. Verify and prepare payroll reporting
8. Initiate new employee paperwork; maintain personnel files
9. Administer and track employee benefit programs (insurances, vacation/sick time, etc.)
10. Prepare monthly Sales Tax Reports
11. Prepare all necessary daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, providing analysis for any requested line items. Assists with monitoring and analyzing line items against budget
12. Train employees on POS system regarding event setup, sales, payments and clock-in procedures
13. Coordinate yearly budget process within the facility

This past weekend, we had the honor of celebrating two very special members of our community, Steve and Sandra Francis, with a heartfelt dedication and farewell gathering.

We are proud to officially announce that our Tennis Center has been renamed the Francis Tennis Center in recognition of their instrumental role in bringing our club together and helping shape its transformation into The WildeWood Club in 2019. Their vision, leadership, and commitment have left a lasting mark on this community.

While we are sad to see them go as they begin their next chapter in Nashville, we are incredibly grateful for all they have given to the club. Their legacy will continue to be felt each time members step onto the courts.

Please join us in wishing Steve and Sandra all the very best in this exciting new chapter!
