Spud, Inc. Gym

The gym is closed officially after tonight at 9 pm. The Governor of SC declared it so earlier today. I’m sorry folks we stayed open as long as we could. The Nutrition Warehouse stores will still be open to get your protein and snacks and the Spud, Inc online store is rocking and rolling (www.spud-inc-straps.com). We will miss you all. Stay safe.

Due to political squabbling, infighting and perhaps backstabbing we are CANCELLING yesterday notice saying the gym will be closed for 2 weeks starting tomorrow.

Folks, I could come back this afternoon and cancel it all over again. That is the way SC politics roll so I am asking you to hang loose with us as we take it day to day. Check this page or call 803-788-2852 if you want to know the latest.

For now we will continue to be OPEN!

The gym is still open. Mayor Steve Benjamin gave stricter guidelines for businesses last night and has asked that we operate at half of our capacity. The capacity rating for our gym is around 200 people at a time, and we rarely get more than 35 working out at any one time. So for now, we will remain open. But please remain home if you are feeling unwell out of courtesy to other patrons and if you do come to the gym WASH YOUR HANDS and SANITIZE YOUR STATIONS.

The gym will be CLOSED tomorrow, Friday, October 19th. The parking lot is being torn up.

We will be OPEN on Saturday, October 20th from 8 am - 3 pm BUT YOU HAVE TO PARK IN THE FASTENAL PARKING LOT AND WALK DOWN TO THE GYM.

Misplaced by Hurricane Florence? If you or anyone you know has had to evacuate and would still like to get a workout in we’re open. We’re also offering out of town guests from effected areas a discounted day pass for $6 with photo ID.

Dear Friends - Florence is almost upon us and honestly there is still no way to tell how much it will affect our area. We wanted to let you know that we plan to keep the gym open for as long as we can. I think cabin fever may have already started before the storm has even gotten here and we want you to have a safe place to go.

Over the next few days you can bank on the fact that the gym is open. Unless, you look out your window and everything has gone to hell. Well, and then we still might be open. You can call us anytime to double check 803-788-2852.
