Well the time has come…I’m stepping down from running the Charleston Lacrosse Club after 14 years. We’ve had a lot of great seasons over the years, we now host our own tournament and have created two additional teams, the Whalers and Storm(women’s team), as well as getting a box league up and running once again. None of this could have been possible without the volunteers that stepped up to take roles over the years, but now we move into the next chapter of our Club in its 40th year, with new leadership. Max Beilke will take over the role of President, Dan Heenan will take over as Vice President of Operations. Amanda Andreucci will continue to run the Women’s team as its coordinator and Ryan Covert will continue to run our box program. I will be staying on as a Senior Advisor to the foreseeable future to help with the transition whenever and wherever they need help. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing this job and seeing the Club grow and prosper as my time as President and I’m looking forward to seeing where the new group takes the program. While I may be stepping away from the position, I will still be involved and look forward seeing everyone at pickups, tourneys and social events. Thanks again to everyone who made this journey a success!

BLUE RIDGE CLASSIC 2025 is in the books! Good lax, cold beers and floatin on the river made for a heck of a weekend! Thanks to for another fantastic weekend in the mountains! It was great to be out of the intense heat for a while! Next up….our host tourney…the HOLY CITY CLASSIC on September 27-28 in Charleston!
