Getting enough fiber supports consistent energy during workouts, helps your body absorb nutrients more effectively, and keeps hunger and cravings in check.

Research suggests you should aim for 28g/day (or 14g per 1,000 calories) and build up gradually.

Best whole food sources: beans, lentils, oats, berries, veggies, and potatoes with skin. Need a supplement? Psyllium husk is a simple, effective add-on.

With a background in collegiate Track and Field at William Woods University, Alexis brings energy, experience, and a passion for helping people get stronger. She is committed to creating a supportive training environment where clients can build confidence, stay consistent, and reach their goals.

Her experience working as a Chiropractic Assistant and Physical Therapy Technician has also given her valuable knowledge of movement and recovery, helping her coach clients with both safety and purpose in mind.

We’re proud to have Alexis as part of our team, and we can’t wait to continue highlighting more our of Evolved team!
