Great social tonight after the bike ride! Jason Connor’s experience at the Last Annual Heart of the South (347 mile race) was fascinating and we enjoyed some much needed social time!

‘Twas a great day for the Tri practice.
The weather was perfect and I can honestly say I’m now a towny since I enjoyed, for once, swimming at Finger Lakes State Park 😁
Thank you to those who came out Kelly Maddox Sabulsky Larry Sabulsky Jordan Sorrick and Ben Jennings.
We’ll do this again sometime soon.

We hope you can make it to our 20 Year Celebration on July 16th! The 20 Year Celebration Committee has a lot of fun activities planned for the weekend. On Friday July 15th CMC will be hosting a Happy Hour, Saturday morning an optional bike ride and/or group run. Then on Saturday evening our banquet doors will be opening 5:30p at Stoney Creek Inn.
