💭“This feels amazing.”
💭“Why is everyone else so calm?!”
💭“Am I breathing… or just surviving?”
💭“One more breath? Surely that was 10 already.”

Low lunge (Anjaneyasana) is the perfect morning ☀️ stretch because it quickly melts away overnight stiffness, opens your tight hip flexors (psoas) from sleeping, and gently stretches your chest and spine.
