Shout out to the two youngest competitors at the ShowMe State Games (Skill Level 3.0)!
SMPC member JJ Rubenstein, age 9, and his partner Sullivan “Sully” Bath, age 10, took to the courts with confidence, grit, and smiles that could light up the whole venue.
We are so proud of these two rising stars. Their love for the game — and their sportsmanship — represent the very best of SMPC.

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to two of the finest volunteers around — Jerry Kelly and Steve Lewandowski (Heather Lewandowski)

These two gentlemen spent four full days at the ShowMe State Senior & Skilled Pickleball Games, jumping in to help with absolutely anything that needed doing. Their kindness, dedication, and “whatever you need, I’m here” spirit made a difference for everyone.

Jerry and Steve, you are treasures. We’re honored to have you in the SMPC family and even more honored to call you friends.

If you see them, give them a high five, a hug, or at least a big thank you.

A little construction, heat and weather didn’t stop the first day of Missouri Senior Pickleball Games. I didn’t capture all the winners and fun. Here are a few.

Congratulations to all the players and winners! It was definitely hot out there! Weather rolled in right before the end.

A long way from the pickleball courts of Missouri! 😄

Show-Me Pickleball Club member Tim McCullough is taking in the sights of the Mediterranean Sea with smoking Mount Etna behind him. Now that's what we call an impressive backdrop!

Have fun, Tim—we expect some pickleball stories when you get back! 🌋🌊🏓
