When IEP meetings look like during spirit week 😂😂😂

As a teacher and mom, I absolutely love September! By now, students have settled into their new routines and schedules, and the initial back-to-school jitters have faded away.

September is that sweet spot—still new enough to be exciting, yet familiar enough to feel comfortable. It’s a month full of promise, growth, and endless possibilities for our kids. 🌟

One of my student’s parents is always dropping off treats for me and my TA.

This week she brought bananas from their banana trees.

It’s nice to get treats. But it’s so cool to get unique treats that are personal. And so Thailand!

Build skills. Build relationships. Build self advocacy.
