Practice and All is Coming Innovative Yoga Experience for all Ages with Mitchell Hughes! Mitchell is a 2001 graduate of USC with a degree in English.
He moved to Charleston, SC and began practicing yoga in 2002. He received his yoga certification and began teaching in 2003 at Gaea Yoga and Blue Turtle Yoga in Charleston. He moved to Columbia in 2007 and began teaching yoga at Hampton Hill Athletic Club. Mitchell has taught yoga one-on-one with world class trainer Ken Taylor, who is a striving pro-am golfer and also the trainer for the USC Golf

We’re excited to announce our Garden Garden Asana class will now be offered at 8:15am on the 1st + 3rd Thursdays of the month. This class is in partnership with Gardener's Outpost, hosting us amongst their lush plants at their spacious Franklin St location. We hope to see you there! 🌟🌿✨
